Provided a beautiful setting with exceptional service. The garden and pool area were perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring, and the breakfast menu had an amazing selection of fresh pastries and juices, showcasing the local flavors. However, some areas could use improvement, as the air conditioning wasn't optimal, and we encountered minor issues with room readiness during our stay. The convenience of nearby grocery stores was a nice touch, but the overall experience could benefit from more attention to detail in facilities.

I was traveling with my family and really enjoyed our stay. The garden area offered beautiful views of the sea, and we had an incredible breakfast each morning brought right to us. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Enza, who managed to secure us a last-minute reservation at a great beach club. Exploring the nearby attractions was a breeze, with several spots like Museo Cerio and the Belvedere of Punta Cannone just a short walk away.

We faced multiple issues—after arriving late, we were denied a refund for the first night, despite having proof of our flight disruption. Additionally, they wouldn't even help book a taxi, forcing us to navigate the streets of Capri on our own. The mornings were stifling as we couldn't get coffee after missing breakfast, leaving us feeling completely neglected.

This place is fine! We had a Classic Double Room with views of Marina Piccola and Marina Grande. The breakfast was good, served right in our room. The staff went above and beyond, even upgrading us to a suite. Highly recommend it! 🌟

This is a beautiful, serene hotel with fine grounds. The staff were very nice. Especially Carlo who brought us our cooked to order breakfast every day in the garden.

This place is an absolute gem! We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room Sea View, which was perfect for our family of five. The stunning garden and the lovely pool area were a big hit with my teenagers. The staff, especially Luca, truly made our stay special by helping us find hidden spots around Capri!
